How can I loose weight fast but still be healthy?

I am a 19 year old female..

Looking to loose about 10 pounds.

I currently weigh 135 lbs.

  1. avoid sugars, refined flower products  and dairy productsDdrink plenty of water and do areobic and  muscle building esercise


  2. Don't cut out food groups ex: carbs eat small meals every 3 hrs eat healthy no pop and get a wii fit

This will help, go to your local health food store and buy those green tea weight loss pills.. and read the back to see when and how you should take them, also cut greasy and sugary foods out of your diet, drink lots of water, go running every day, yoga twice a week. also possibly get a membership at a gym and do 30min-1hour of working out 4 times a week..

    also if you like smoothies  i suggest have one for breakfast many times of the week..

  4. I would take cla, hydroxycut hardcore and L carnateen, you can buy in at GNC and its safe
