How can I loose weight in my thighs and butt?

I workout a lot. I'm not out of shape what so ever. But i still can't get down to my goal weight.

And I've noticed I carry most of my weight in my thighs and my butt. And i really hate it like I'm a size small in shirts and then jeans I'm like a size 5 and it sucks when your only 5 feet tall so please help I'm dying to loose wait and I'm seriously getting exhausted of trying to loose weight. I'm not those anorexic type of girls i just want to be able to fit into my size 2 and 3 jeans again = [ please help.

  1. omg. i'm exactly the same thing. i'm a size small for tops and a 5 for bottoms. i'm also a 5-footer. anyways, i gave up trying to make my thighs and butt smaller a long time ago. so i aimed for the next best thing which is to tone my lower body. i mean i do have big thighs and butt but at least they're muscles, not fat. i do a lot of lunges and squats.


  2. most women store their fat on their legs and butt.

    most men on their midsections. its normal.

    theres no such thing as spot training so you can't do some leg exercises and get your thighs thin... but you can loose fat all over which will end up being alot from your thighs since thats where you store your fat.

    read up on interval training. its too long to explain... google it-INTERVAL TRAINING.

    you'll burn off fat from your thighs.

    if you do want to tone your leg and butt muscles a bit then get a few exercises in. again , its not going to burn off the fat and make your legs thinner, but it will tone your leg muscles (on the indside, won't make a visible difference if theres too much fat outside)

    squats (for your quads)

    lunges (for your hamstrings and glutes)

    quads=front part of thigh

    hamstring is the back part and glutes is your a-s-s

  4. Well what I do is every morning I get up and go on the treadmill. It really works! Do that for about a month and I can guarantee you that you will have a skinny butt and thighs in no time! If you don't have a treadmill then why don't you go for a jog where ever you live. It's great because it helps the environment if you jog to the store, and it's a lot prettier then staying at home! ;)

I had a similar problem.  For my job, I need to be in great shape.  One of the most noticable places in a bikini is the thighs, inner thighs, and butt.  (ugh!)  No wonder your exhausted with excersizing, that's not going to be enough.  There needs to be a diet change.  The fat you eat is going directly to the inner thighs and butt.  You need to eat less fats.  Eat nothing fatty for about 3 months (I know it sounds crazy) but do it.  Follow up with your excersize routine your already doing and your going to get crazy good results.  I'm serious.  Then balance it out.  (if you still want to eat fatty foods) but just get rid of the main bulk first and fast.  Hope I helped!  ;)
