Okay, I'm not heavy or anything I just think I could shed around 5-8 pounds or maybe more, just because I want to be in good shape and fit and have a really flat stomach. But I just can't seem to loose it! HELP! so I've read about every tip/diet their is and they all say eat right, exercise, cut calories and so on and so forth! But with my bussy school schedule exercising is hard to squeeze in and dieting is hard b/c theres sooo much food that I'm always craving plus the vending machines at school! So how can I stick to doing something that can be fun and not time consuming to sed this off once and for all!? Please no rude comments!
