How can I loose weight??

Okay, I'm not heavy or anything I just think I could shed around 5-8 pounds or maybe more, just because I want to be in good shape and fit and have a really flat stomach. But I just can't seem to loose it! HELP! so I've read about every tip/diet their is and they all say eat right, exercise, cut calories and so on and so forth! But with my bussy school schedule exercising is hard to squeeze in and dieting is hard b/c theres sooo much food that I'm always craving plus the vending machines at school! So how can I stick to doing something that can be fun and not time consuming to sed this off once and for all!? Please no rude comments!

  1. the easiest way is to avoid junk food, that surely does fit in your schedule since you do have to take time off to eat, avoid junk food, and eat healthy, eat right, start eating more lettuce and lighter foods....but dont starve to death either!!


  2. Chances are with your vending machine rush rush lifestyle you are probably consuming too much refined sugar. You want to keep an eye on those sugars. Keep drinking water. Lots of water. Keep snacks in your locker at school (healthy ones like fruits and veggies) and eat plenty of fiber to keep the food cravings to a minimum (fiber keeps you feeling full, longer).  Don't diet. Just eat better and you will see those lbs. come off.

  3. You could get on the internet and order one of those small excersize balls and videos that come with it. I heard those are good for shedding those few extra pounds.  I know with the kind of body I have, I can go one day without eating lunch and loose 5lbs over night but it is just as easy for me to put it on...

  4. stay away from sugar

    eat 100% whole wheat instead of white

    cut back on fried food

    drink lots of water

    try and snack on fruits instead of whats in the vending machine

    its not that many pounds, good luck!!!

  5. you just have to fight the cravings.  use self control.  nothing good is in vending machines.  walk as many places as possible, get up early if you have to.  there is no easy way to do it, you just have to make it a priority

  6. more walking and more work, very effective for lose weight
