How can I loose weight very fast, but kinda do it the heathy way?

Ive been a bit heavy for a while know,and i want to loose it. Every time that it diet time I go crazy and eat everything I see. What can i do to do this right?

  1. eat regualary for two day and then dont eat for a day. Workout lots everyday because muscle gets rid of fat. Lots of crunches and only eat lil bit of meat a day. I lost 11.4 pound and look way better in two week by doing this. I ate lots of fruits and veggies and i went for about an hour jog each day. To keep myself from eating all the bad foods i would think about what a look like and what a want to look like and how bad this one chocolate bar could be. Dont trick yourself into thnking thats its okay cause your get back onto the diet tomorrow or anything like that. Took me untill a girl said no when i asked her out because i was too fat. Since then a year ago i have six pack abs and a smokin girlfriend and i still stay on a very healthy diet but everyonce in a while i treat myself but no junk untill you feel better about yourself and have self control.   2. cabbage soup diet to start, then ease your way into only eating veggies, fruits and lean proteins.  Strictly only drink water. Be sure to take a multivitamin and work out 60 minutes a day for sure.

  5. 1)  First, the word is lose not loose.  You want to lose weight, not loose weight.  (Loose is the opposite of tight.)

    3)  There's only one way to lose weight (fat) and that's to burn off more calories than the number of calories you consume.  That's it.  Done.  End of story.  It doesn't matter HOW you burn them off.  You can jog, swim, cycle, lift weights, make love... do anything you want.  

    The easiest way is to a) exercise more often than what you're probably doing now AND b) cut back on your calories.  However, note that you don't HAVE to cut back on your calories at all.  You can pig out on banana splits all day and lose weight if you want to.  (Not cutting back on your calories just means you have to exercise more.)

    4)  You can't spot reduce.  You can't remove fat from just your thighs, for example.  When losing weight, your body will take it off in the reverse order that it put it on.

    5)  Finally, you can expect to lose, at most, about 1.5 to 2 pounds of fat per week.  If you lose anything more than this, you're losing water and/or muscle, which is NOT what you want.

    Eat right, (no junk food) and exercise.  That's it.  Done.
