My blood sugar level is already dropping too low from eating less than normal (yes, proper foods only). I cannot exercise any more due to a heart condition thus I can not use caffeine, or chromium (obviously). I was put on a blood pressure and heart flutter medicine that caused me to gain 43 pounds of water weight and broke me out in a severe rash, so my doctor changed that, and put me on a water pill as well, but I need to loose weight. In March I was walking a mile and a half every day on lunch break, but had to stop due to the heart flutters. I am already on a CPAP, and my O2 levels are back up, but I still cant exercise without collapsing. What can I do to loose weight without diet, exercise, surgery, diet pills, or stimulants? (Yeah, sounds crazy, but I'm quite serious) I am a 36 year old male now upto 380 pounds. I'll pick the best answer, as I've had bad experiences with others picking the 'best answer' for me.
