    It takes time and effort to loose it.

    and maybe walk your way into a store to get the appropriate nutrition you need to lose the weight like that V8 fruit and vegetables  is a good and EASY way to get the fruit and veggies you need. Also just power walking for 30 minutes a day should do wonders!

  4. join a local fat camp. lol i'm j/k but u gotta eat healthy foods and do cardio. there, those are the basics.

  5. run 5 miles a day.

    drink a lil more water

    get more vegetables.

    sleep well.

I dont no why people are saying it takes time and effort and all that stuff, i can loose about 7 lbs in a week, just from not eating after like 8pm and just drinking water and eating like baked chicken breast salad and rice.. stuff like that for dinner and just ANY cereal for brekfast and no lunch, but when i was hungry just eat fruit, i hardly did  any exercise just cleaned up and done 50 sit ups each day.. okay 20 lol..im not going to lie! lol.

    So dont think it takes like 9 months to loose 9lbs! its easily done, if you just cut back on stuff.
