  1. losing 2-3 lbs a week is not hard...

    I lost 20 pounds in 8 weeks by eating fruits, veggies, drinking lots of water, eating chicken in a variety of ways like salsa chicken, chicken wrapped over asparagus... and also working out to a regime that works for you...anyways, just watch what goes in your body and work out in the morning, it usually keeps you boosted for the whole, instead of taking the elevator, take the stairs, instead of driving your car up the street to the corner store, walk.

    Just make decisions that are healthy for you and eat all three meals a day, don't skip out it actually puts your body into "panic" and actually makes you gain weight and lose any muscle mass you may already have...

    Yes 2lbs a week is very doable. You just need to learn what to eat and how to exercise. Cut out your carbs and lift heavy weights

      do not go on a diet that lacks nutrients- drink water and stretch your muscles, not eat fast foods, take fiber and do abdominal exercises to push out a possible 7-25 pounds of waste in the abdominal cavity.

    First off, don't you dare go on one of those extreme diets, they won't do anything for you lol

    Well, women need to have 2000 calories a day which is balanced.

    -You need your 5 a day of fruit or veg or a mixture of the two

    - 50g of salt and sugar

    -30g of fat

    -Have a whole grain cereal or fruit for breakfast

    -Eat two medium portioned meals that will keep you going

    -Don't eat snacks inbetween meals but if u do get hungry have sumfin healthy

    -And have two treats a week like a meal out or chips, what ever floats your boat hehe

    Don't panick, i've lost a lot of wait to over the last few years but i garatee you'll loose wait in 8 weeks if you also exercise an hour or more a day and just cut down.

  11. If you really want to lose weight and have a healthy body then you need to do two things. Just two things. They are called EATING HEALTHY AND EXCERCISE!!!!!!!

    First of all you have to eat a healthy diet. This doesn't mean go on a crappy fad diet or starve yourself!!! It means that you make sure you eat 4 or even 5 small to medium meals a day. Each meal, apart from breakfast, (preferably fibre rich with fruit) should have a combination of protien (chicken/fish/soya etc), carbohydrates (pasta/rice/potatoes/etc), and vitamins, minerals and antioxidants (fresh fruit and veg). There are many easy ways to incorporate all these into every meal. This also doesn't mean you can never have pizza/takeaway/chocolate/etc, just save them for the occassional treat.

    Secondly you need to EXCERCISE. Cardio excercise is anything that will get you out of breath, your heart rate pumping and you sweating (running, swimming, cycling, etc) and is necessary for burning calories, shedding body fat and improving your overall fitness levels. Strength training basicaly improves the muscles and tones your body, this comes from weight training, core training (sit ups/planks/etc), stretching (such as yoga) and dynamic training. This is necessary to keep your body strong and supple and will also help you lose weight and tone up.

    This is only an extremely brief overview, but both of these are necessary to lose weight healthily, keep it off, and have a strong healthy body.

  15. This is easy , Watch what you eat and Run , Go on Veg and carbs Diet and Run everyday for 30Min's .

    Start the day eating , Oats with Jam . Lunch  tuna with Potatoes , Supper , brown bread with some oily fish with Veg, if you get hungry in the day , just eat Fruit and Veg only ,  So no Crisp or Choc, You can do it because i did !  

  16. That is two pounds a week and it is a very reasonable goal. Don't try starvation it doesn't work and it isn't a long term effect.  Just eat veggies cut off carbs, not completely.  Don't eat when you're not hungry and do some kind of exercise at least 30 min. per day. Running has nice effects, and is very relaxing.
