How can I lose 2 stone ASAP? ?

Hey guys. I'm 5'2 and I weigh 9 and a half stone. Ideally, I would like to lose 2 stone, but to start off with my target is to get myself down to 8 stone and see how I go. All I have been eating is a small bowl of cereal in the morning, and in the evening I will usually have one of these:

2 Scrambled eggs on two slices of bread (with a reduced amount of margarine on the bread) and two turkey burgers in bread crumbs

OR

A bowl of chicken soup with either 2 slices of bread and margarine, or 2 turkey burgers instead of the bread.

I am eating everything in moderation and am no longer drinking fizzy drinks or tea (which I used to take with sugar).

Can anyone tell me how much exercise I should be doing on a daily basis and how long I should be doing it for? I was thinking of doing an hour of brisk walking and possibly 30 minutes of my sister's thigh trainer every day.

Thanks. Also, I would be very grateful if anyone could tell me (based on what I have told you I'm eating each day) what my calorie intake is.

  2. well carry on what you are doing but if you feel hungry eat something maybe fruit don't starve yourself !

  5. i think this will work

    your calorie intake is low probably 1000 but you should have a bigger breakfast and then very small other meals, this will start your metabolism at the day which will make all the other food you eat in the day have less effect (eg burn up quicker through exercise) also try exercises like going on a trampoline, that is very good

    drink loads of water, that fills you up

  6. This sounds like you are on the borderline of having a serious problem with an eating disorder. From what you have said you are obviously not overweight/fat or anything like it! I suffered from an eating disorder in the past and trust me it is a really slippery slope! You go from two meals a day to one, you go from moderate exercise to hours of gym workouts. Its not worth it, I had guys tell me I didn't look attractive because I looked like a skeleton. Its not attractive, you should live your life the way you want to live it, chances are if you are healthy and happy then other people will see that and be attracted to you!

  8. i was struggling the past 10 years to lose 1lbs....

    i had a tough time i was cutting down on food and excersiced.."nothing happened" i was frustrated.... 3 months ago i started to cut down on pasta and replaced with bean thread noodles, white rice with brown rice... and white bread with whole wheat bread.... .. i eat mostly chinese food which i prepare myself using only a little bit of olive or sesame oil. i eat lots of veggies and fruits.. when i have meat or fish i eat it grilled

    i have 3 main meals and 2 snacks a day ..every 3 hr. i excersice 1 hr a day.. ( i always change my excersice routine)
