Hey guys. I'm 5'2 and I weigh 9 and a half stone. Ideally, I would like to lose 2 stone, but to start off with my target is to get myself down to 8 stone and see how I go. All I have been eating is a small bowl of cereal in the morning, and in the evening I will usually have one of these:
2 Scrambled eggs on two slices of bread (with a reduced amount of margarine on the bread) and two turkey burgers in bread crumbs
OR
A bowl of chicken soup with either 2 slices of bread and margarine, or 2 turkey burgers instead of the bread.
I am eating everything in moderation and am no longer drinking fizzy drinks or tea (which I used to take with sugar).
Can anyone tell me how much exercise I should be doing on a daily basis and how long I should be doing it for? I was thinking of doing an hour of brisk walking and possibly 30 minutes of my sister's thigh trainer every day.
Thanks. Also, I would be very grateful if anyone could tell me (based on what I have told you I'm eating each day) what my calorie intake is.
