How can I lose 20lbs in 2 weeks!!?

I desperately need to lose weight! Can I do it in 2 weeks D:!!!!!?? please help. I really want to get rid of these dreaded 20lbs. I Need help!! any sugguestions

  2. I don't think you can. You may see it on TV but remember that the more weight you have to more you will lose on a certain period of time. losing 20 lbs in 2 weeks though is not a healthy way. 2-4 lbs a week is healthy but doing so really needs patience and a lot of hard work. you might want to have a long term goal to avoid the "bounce Back" of the weight.

  3. Lots of walking, drink lots of water.

    Don't eat any junk food.

    Burn off more calories then you consume

    Go jogging every day (do atleast 2 miles aday)

  4. The Master Cleanse diet!

    It might not taste nice, and you will feel like quitting, but that is the only way to lose that amount of weight in such a short period of time.

      

  5. Even if you starved yourself you can't lose that much in that small amount of time.  You should lose it at a healthy pace, you will have a better chance of keeping it off that way.  They say that more than 5 pounds MAX a week is extremely unhealthy.  Take your time and do it right.
