OK SO this is the exercise I do weekly -- 1 hour at the gym three times a week- Walk 60 minutes 5 times a week- Skateboard most days for an hour and all day on one day of the weekendSO HOW CNA I IMPROVE MY EATING AND/OR EXERCISING SO that I can SHED THE KILOS?ULTIMATELY it would be nice to lose five kilos. Is it possible in two months?

Being overweight can be burdensome due to the society's stigma towards one and that's why I have decided to lose weight. Medical end problems are the results of not losing weight such as cancer, diabetes type 2 and I have decided not to be a victim. The most recommended is exercises which is helpful if done properly and one could engage in Walking, Running, Stretching, Stair climbing, Jogging et cetera, also switch to foods less in calories like vegetables and fruits, and sleep well with sufficient intake of water. This will help to lose weight, boost self-esteem and not be at risk to health problems.
