  1. It is only healthy to lose about two pounds

a week. Just eat food with a low fat calorie

count and drink lots of water. Go out for a

jog or bike ride. Sit ups and push ups would

    be good too.

How tall are you? I'd kill to weigh 118.

  2. exercise every day, like jogging or running for 30 minutes. eat in moderation and cut down on snacks.

    good luck! :D

  3. cut off your big sodium intakes (things like pickles, etc are really high) high sodium causes bloating. sodas also cause bloating, so if you're trying to fit into a dress or something that would help by cutting those thigns out for a while.  also just drink lots of water throughout the day and keep your system flushed. try some detox drinks also (like green tea, etc) cut out the junk food and try to eat healthy. you defintiely dont have to starve yourself but just make sure you dont go overboard while you're trying to lsoe some weight. when you cut major things out like chips, junk food, sodas, and high sodium foods... the first few pounds are what drops off most easily and the quickest. after that it gets harder but if you're just doing it for a few weeks- then those few things should do the trick.

oh and i almost forgot.... walking is the most important. 30 minutes a day will really get things started off right. walking and eating right are the most important things!!!1

  4. Drink plenty of water, especially if you get tempted to eat something extra you don't need. Try cutting down your caloric intake to about 1400 - 1800, but don't eat the same amount of calories everyday, you wanna eat a different amount because it's better for your metabolism. Exercise a lot.

  5. 1 pound of fat= 3500 calories. so you need to have a net loss of 7000 calories for 2 pounds.  that is 500 a day.  so you eat 1600 a day and burn 2100 calories.  that is to lose actual body fat.  you can lose more faster through water loss though.

you have a bmr of about 1400 (what you need just to live that means just laying in bed all day).  so you can figure out how much you need to do using this site: http://www.healthstatus.com/calculate/cb...

eat lots of smaller meals,  cut out fast food, junk food, desert, white breads, soda, anything high in sugar, saturated fat, and trans fats.  eat lots of vegetables and fruit.  eat whole grains.  most importantly eat in moderation (Since I train so much I have a tendency to overeat so I tend to stop even before I think I am full, because I do a sport with weight restriction).

example: an egg and grapefruit or orange with whole grain toast for breakfast, 3 hours later eat some celery with a little peanut butter, 3 hours later eat some grilled chicken with some spinach and some whole grain rice, 3 hours later a couple of your favorite fruit or some grapes with some cheese,  3 hours later have some fish with your favorite vegetable (i like broccoli, which(like spinach) is a "powerfood") and some whole grain pasta.

adjust the serving size for your calorie intake.  visit mypyramid.gov for more info on proper diet.  (btw i think you are in the perfect range and don't need to lose weight)  Good luck.
