Question:

How can I lose a lot of weight as fast as possible?

By "a lot" I mean anywhere from 20 to 55 lbs. By "fast" I mean at the latest, April '09. By "possible", I mean an inch away from starving myself and a foot away from purging, and about 2 miles from illegal substances. I'm at my wits end and will do whatever "desperate" measures must be taken (healthy or not). Nothing is too "out there" in my opinion.

  1. Then you are extremely stupid. So I guess you'd rather kill yourself to lose some weight than do it the healthy way? WTF? I mean seriously...look over your question again and then sit back, contemplate and let the stupidity of what you said smack you upside your own head. Get it together, drink some green tea and go do some cardio for about 30-45 mins a day. You will lose weight the HEALTHY way...desperate measures...come on now. Oh but guess what...once your dead...you will lose a WHOLE lot of weight while your body decomposes and the maggots eat you up. is that desperate enough for you?? I hope this gets through to you and you do it the safe way!!!

  3. I lost 30 pounds in 6 months like this!

    No fry food food,cheese,butter, cakes and fattening foods!

    for breakfast all I eat was cereal so I purchase all kinds of wheat cereal, that way I didn't got bored of them I only ate them with 2% milk

    this way I will have energy during all day since cereals have essentials vitamins & nutrients. (and don't add sugar!) & 1 glass of orange juice or grapefruit juice!

    For lunch chicken breast grilled or turkey breast grilled w/no skin,even steak(small portion) w/ some veggies w/no butter on them! always eat slow this gives time to your stomach to send a signal to your brain let in it know you are full.( As soon you feel full stop eating)

    Drink a glass of water w/1 lime before you start eating

    No sodas,or products w a lot of sugar for a drink.

    All I drink was water w/a juice of 1 lime in it,lime cuts all the grease in your food an it separates from the food you eat.

    Dinner was all kinds of fruit and veggies,

    Don't do watermelon do,it has a lot of sugar.

    sometimes for dinner I hate cereal too w2%milk.

    Do this & you will have energy all day long,

    but drop some serius weight Good luck on your diet!
