I need it

it's really and emergency

just tell how mnay calories or how much food i should eat

and how much exercise i should get evreyday

    drink lots of water, eat much vegetables for breakfast and dinner, don't eat bread and for help drink a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar mixed with some water every day

    and for exercise do yoga or pilates

It depends on how much activity you get in a day.  If you move around and do things or excercise each day, you can have more calories.  The answer to this question all depends on how many calories you're eating now.  For example if you're eating 2000 calories a day, reduce it to 1500 a day.  I wouldn't go under 1000 calories a day though.  And even 1000 is a bit low.  Especially if you're up doing things and getting some excercise each day.

  5. you can't.  You can only do this by losing water weight.  It takes around 3500 calories burned to lose a pound of fat.  

    eat light and exercise hard and you might lose a couple of pounds a week.  However,  you can cut weight like a wrestler and lose upwards of 20 pounds of water weight in a couple of days

  8. it's easily done, the first important thing is drink nothing but water, and do that forever, no coffee, or soda, some tea is okay lightly sweeten. Small portion of meals, if there fatty, forget it and dump it. If you want to be real drastic, eat nothing but fruits and sugar free jello, and drink plentiful water, and regular exercises for 30 mins, you see changes

    Excercise 3 times a week...

    drink water and low sugar drinks.

    Eat more fruits and veggies and less bread and grains.

    Dont eat after 7 pm.

    If you get hungry eat a fruit

    Make sure you eat small portions and dont skip breakfast

    Eating small portions every 4 hours or so makes your metabolism go faster.

    When we skip breakfast or meals it slows down.

    Make sure you keep your calories low and add more chicken and fish to your diet.

    Start there and see if that helps out!

  11. Each and every day:

    Eat 1500 calories a day.  Swim 4 hours.  Ride a bike for 2 hours.  Walk a treadmill for 1 hour.  Do 2 hours on the elliptical.  Spend 2 hours on the stair stepper.  That should get you to burn the extra 3500 calories a day to lose a pound a day.
