  1. Talk to your doctor to recieve a healthy diet plan. Don't start one on your own, the asthma and the diet may interfere badly. Rice and beans isn't horrible for you, but follow the food guide pyramid. Look up one on Google and try to stay strict. Don't starve yourself or take those crazy diet pills or drink Slim Fast. It's all c**p.

  2. Make sure you eat a healthy breakfast in the morning

    to jump start your metabolism

    and don't eat after 7.

and if your mom makes fattening food,

    then just eat smaller amounts.

    good luck

  3. Just do some type of aerobic exercise 30 minutes to an hour a day. Eat healthy foods and homecooked meals, of coarse dont eat stuff you know is bad. Drink plenty of water, like just drink all the time, of coarse dont drink too much before you exercise or you might get cramps. If you have more time and want to do more exercise than that. I have a friend who lost 50 pounds doing something similar to this. Dont eat fast food of coarse, every once in a while you can go eat something you like, but don't do it everyday or anything. You don't need to buy a treadmill or get a gym membership. Go jogging around your neighborhood or something, that's what I do. If you truly want to lose weight do aerobic exercise, like jogging, running, anything of that sort. Just figure out what you can and cant do with your asthma, and do it. Running or jogging is the best way to lose weight, I've done this and the results are amazing. Also remember, you're not going to drop like a billion pounds in one week, in fact don't check your weight everyday, do it like once or twice a month, it helps you see progress. This is something long term and your going to have to commit to it, if you seriously want to lose weight exercise. There aren't any magical pills or diets that will give you long term weight loss. Exercise is the healthiest way to lose weight. Replace TV time or Computer time or something with exercise and you will definitely see results. Just don't be discouraged after a week or two if you don't have any results, because eventually you'll be dropping pounds like crazy. If you wanna know more message me or something.
