How can I lose as much weight as possible before 9/13?

I'm going to California with my boyfriend for our 2 year anniversary & to visit friends on September 13th through September 21st. I want to lose as much weight as I can and will do anything to lose it. I'm 5'11 & I weigh 250 lbs. Only serious answers please.

Although fish and chicken appear leaner than beef, this white meat can contain more fat than when a beef is fried. It is recommended for those on strict diet to opt for grilled food as this does not have or contain less amount of fat after the food is cooked.

    Sixth: Takes lots of fluid. Drinking at least six to eight glasses of water a day keeps the body refreshed. Since weight loss depends on how the body eliminates body wastes, the body must stay hydrated.

    All in all, discipline and consistency is still the best practice and the key to a rapid weight loss success. Light dieting, workout, and right amount of supplementation applied in a regular way everyday will result in faster weight loss than having a massive action only to be followed a return to old habits as this would only lead to gaining more weight than when the weight loss plan has started.

    Last summer when I was taking them, I went from being 240 lbs to 205 lbs in 3 months. I didn't follow the recommended diet, or else I would have lost the weight faster. I'm 5'9" myself.

  5. try special k for fast results but to keep to it move after you've lost like 20 or so to wieght watchers and exersize at least 30 mins a day because your so tal if you were even 180 it would be really good just take baby steps and don't stop after this day keep going you can do it and you'll feel so better teh hardest is first 30 days after its easy to stick to just stick through it
