  1. She really isn't overweight her BMI is 22.4 meaning she is at risk for becoming overweight.

Try to encourage her that real women have curves, and try to encourage her to eat healthier and move about more often, sometimes it's just a matter of what you eat and when.

Just try hard to keep her mindset healthy.

  2. you could start by doing crunches in the morning and before you go to bed,.. don't eat past 8 p.m maybe join a kick boxing class that really helps. even just walking ro doing a jog around the neighborhood is good too.

  3. A thirty pound loss is too much weight for her height!

100 pounds for the first five feet, then 5 pounds for each incthereafterer.  Her ideal weight is 110 pounds.

She needs to see a specialist - an Endocrinologist immediately to regulate her thyroid before she becomes increasingly worse.  Besides the metabolism, the thyroid affects every area of the body. Please take this very seriously. The problem is finding a good doctor.  Network is the key.  You can try searching castleconnelly.com to see who they recommend for your area (you can do a minimal search for free).

  4. That's an unhealthy goal in my opinion.  However, the best way to lose weight is to change your diet and exercise habits.  Cutting out all sugar, all sodium and all fats from your diet will also help.

Exercise should be highly aerobic and a minimum of 30 minutes a day.

  5. She is perfectly fine, her BMI is 22.3.

  6. You need to talk to her doctor about seeing a specialist if she's having thyroid problems. He/she can probably direct you to a nutritionist that can create a healthy plan for daughter to maintain a healthy weight.

  7. go  wheat  free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7

p.m.  People  achieve  marvellous  results  with it. Depending on your

initial  weight,  you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If you don't eat  wheat  then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey cakes, you don't  eat  junk  food,  and  you don't eat biscuits. But your diet is

still  balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to calculate points or to buy special meals or plans.

  8. Her doctor told her to lose weight before Thanksgiving?  I don't think she's going to lose 30 lbs by then.  It's possible, but she'd have to work really hard. Maybe shoot for 20 lbs.  At 5'2" I'm not sure she should weigh 92 lbs.. that seems a bit small.
