How can I lose belly fat at home????what exercises?

please help i'm 47kg and 158cm my b***s are size A and I have like a belly (two hand's full with fat) it looks ugly when I stand side to a mirror how can I lose my belly fat??? i tried situps but i guess they r not working

  1. The only way to lose fat is to diet and do cardio. Sorry chica, it's not that easy.

  3. situps only build muscle under your fat. Go joggining it will work alot better just go around the block a couple times, you lose your pudge in no time

Because you need to do cardio exercise to shed the fat fast and easily ,im talking out of experience since im a runner and i use to bulk up and then slim down ,and running is the best way to loose weight specially in the hip belly areas because if you watch a runner running you will see that the lower part of the body is the one that works harder even the belly in implicated , run at leat 30 min 3 times a week and then try runnig every day and increase the time to 40 or more , you will se results the same week  

  5. Crunches, eat healthy ( only 3 meals ) eat big breakfast and small meals rest of day.

  6. crunches don't work, and so does fad diets don't work too.

    Do 1 hour of playing outside or 20-30 min. of exercise. Eat three healthy meals a day, drink plenty of water.

    Also, to curb your appetite, try Special K water. And try Special K cereal. I heard it can help you lose 6 lbs. in two weeks.

  7. hey, ive been through the same thing, i tried crunches and sit ups and all kinds of different belly burning work outs then i talked to some one that i met who happened to work in a gym as a personal trainer and the thing that will do it and do it the fastest is cardiovascular work outs so jogging and running are the very best!!!! i started and you wont believe if you can work your self up to running 30 minutes  a day 3 or 4 days a week it will go off fast!!!! good luck
