How can I lose belly fat?

How can make my stomach flat? I am 13, I weigh 126.5- I am 5'5...I am at a healthy weight, I don't want to lose weight, that's unhealthy at my age/weight. I know that. I just want to have a flat stomach...My stomach is mostly flat but at the bottom there's kind of a pouch...I want to feel comfortable in a bikini. I want to have a flat stomach. Please help!

  1. You can do regular basic sit-up or you can exercise daily.


  2. What you should do is change your eating habit to a healthier one and start exercising (people tell you this over and over because it WORKS!). Even if you're not overweight, if you have a bit of flab in unwanted places, you may want to do some exercise to tone your body. Even if you don't have any flabs, you'd still want to exercise because it's a great habit for a healthy life.

    Disclaimer: I don't recommend any diet to you or anyone, but I just wanted to share my experience. You should talk to your nutritionist/doctor before making any drastic changes to your body.

    Currently, I've been exercising on my "air-stepper" at home, and I get on it for 15 minutes each day to get my cardio workout. I take my pulse at 5 min. intervals for 15 minutes to see if I'm improving. ^_^ Then, I get on my Total Gym and start working on my arms and legs (pulling, pushing, etc.). To tone my abs, I do 200 crunches (I lay on my Total Gym at an incline, so it's VERY easy and no back strain!); they are much easier than sit-ups. ^_^ Lastly, I do 100 of those "standing-up" crunches.     The lay down crunches and the standing up crunches that I do gave me the flat stomach I have now. ^____^ Very happy with the results. You can do as many as your body can tolerate for ONE day and feel your stomach flatter immediately afterwards (at least for me)! It's incredible!

    If you do not have gym equipment, just jumping around and running place for 15-30 minutes will get you your cardio workout. Eat yogurt, fruits, and other health foods. Drink tons of water and your daily dosage of milk. ^_^

Your diet is what will fix belly fat.  Sit-ups and ab exercises fix about 10% of the problem.  The rest is diet and cardio work.  Just run a little bit more and reduce your simple sugars and carbohydrates about 20%.  Just remember, super fast body changes are not healthy especially at your age.  Just lightly alter your eating and workout style and you will gain the body you want for life.

  4. You can try following things.

    1. Remove Oil, ghee, butter from Food ( Eat only food without Oil, ghee, butter)

    2. Eat boiled vegetables.

    3. Drink more water.

    4. Eat Cauliflower, cabbage & green vegetables in more quantity.

    5. Walk in Morning & evening daily to 30-40 minute

    Try it for 7 days You will see the difference.

    You can stop when you loose sufficient weight.

  5. I would suggest a cleansing diet. I lost 12 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. I also lost a lot of inches too!   6. One exercise that targets the stubborn stomach area is called The Bicycle. To do The Bicycle, simply lay on the floor pressing your lower back to the ground. Your hands are beside your head. Bring your knees to an approximate 45-degree angle and slowly go through the motion of pedaling a bicycle.
