ok.. I'm 19 years old 5'11ft 173lbs... I used to weigh around 130lbs.. I lifted weights for about a year now.... The problem is I was so skinny back then I wanted to gain fat and muscles... Now I have fat and muscles... But I want my muscles to be more defined... In the stomach area and arms..... and I want a bigger shoulder,bigger chest... but more defined arms and complete set of abs....Help me please thank you...
