Question:

How can I lose inches off my thighs?

I really want to lose weight there, butt and legs (ew)

Anywho if someone and give me step by step exercise and about how many sets and reps i should do.

I follow a pretty good diet and jog an hour a day.

  1. Walking is really good, especially early in the morning.


  2. The most productive thing you can do if you are serious about losing the weight is go to your local gym. Most places have orientations where a trainer will take you around. ask to be shown leg specific exercises.

  3. You don't get to pick where your weight comes off.  It'll come off your whole body.  To build muscle in your legs and butt do leg presses, leg curls, leg extensions, calf raises, four way hip machine and butt blaster.  Go to a gym and get help from a trainer for what weight and number of reps to do.  If they have a versa climber use it. And keep jogging
