Hello there. I need some advise. I am 20 years old, female, I am about 5' 6

and weigh around 135. I am pretty healthy but I have a large tummy. My waist is 34 inches and my hip is 38 inch. I am a pretty healthy girl besides my stomach. I have an apple body shape. I have been dieting and exercising for about 9 months now, I have lost 30 pounds. I have been losing my weight slowly, so I wont gain it back. Although I am at my goal weight I wouldn't mind losing 10 more pounds. But the real problem is my stomach, I have tried everything, nothing really works. Eating healthy and exercising work great... for all around weight loss. I know you cant "spot train" or anything (lose weight in one specific area) but the only thing I am really unhappy with is my stomach, everything else is in shape.I have even been eating almonds, avacados, dark chocolate, and other foods high in MUFA'S (I think that's what they're called) which are supposed to help flatten your stomach. I have an unhealthy shape, and even though I have lost the weight, I still can't feel confident in tight clothes or two piece bikinis, which kind of defeated the whole purpose of dieting. Of coarse the main reason was to be healthy, and stomach fat is anything but healthy. So I haven't given up yet. But its hard to be motivated to eat right and exercise when you've been doing it for months and haven't changed. Has anyone tried Relacore? Maybe I will try it. But if anyone has any advice I would be very grateful and thank you for your time. : )

  1. sit ups and core workouts

  2. the fat  on your stomach  will be the last place fat will be burned. mono unsaturated fats dont flatten your stomach. i dont know where you get that from. just keep at it and eventually that last bit of fat on your stomach will burn away, then you can start doing some ab exercises to get your abs to show through. dont give up you've done very well so far
