How can I lose my stomach and build a booty. ?

I am naturally thin, but I have a little gut (compliments of 2 beautiful kids). I want to get rid of my stomach and also build a butt. Any suggestions?

  1. Well i guess you have to determine what is your gut caused by. is it fat on your gut or is it because your ab muscles are out of shape?  If it it fat you have to lower your body fat percentage by building muscle and doing cardio. and if it is more just out of shape muscles then do some ab work.  If you do ab work it should help anyway either one. also you can define your butt more by doing the scissors exercise. lay on your side  on the ground or even on your bed. and lift the leg that is on top til you feel a squeeze in the hip/butt muscles and do that whenever you can. you will notice a difference in a few weeks.  i did.  


  2. Cardio workout! Running may help too.  Also, keep away from the junk food.  

  3. You can NOT spot reduce or gain ! Your body decides what goes where. You can tone up by exercises though.
