I am having a very hard time losing weight here. I freakin walk everywhere though. I think I eat fairly well too so I don't know what the problem is. I usually eat like two sandwhichs a day and that is it. People say to cut back on bread and carbs but its so hard here because I would end up pretty much only eating salad all the time! What am I doing wrong here? How can I lose my weight in college?
