Im 15 and I need to lose 23 kg/ 3 stone by christmas safetly. ANy ideas?

  1. u really want to lose weight... all u drink is non fat milk and water

    u don't eat anything after 7

    u eat 5 small meals a day

    only wheat bread... no white, pasta, or pizza

    don't eat any meat, except for maybe a lil chicken, turkey or fish

    eat alot of vegetables and a lil fruit

    Run/walk everyday and do pilates (or something like it)


  2. Find an exercise/fitness regime to suit you - ask an expert about it, maybe get your parents help. Eat little and often, eg. eating reasonable amounts of nutritional foods 5 or 6 times a day with exercise is way more benificial than 3 big meals a day without exercise. Always eat a healthy breakfast-porridge/oatmeal is a great source of slow release energy and honey will give you an instant energy and brain boost while you're waiting for the slow release energy to kick in. When you first start trying to lose weight set yourself a goal of not eating at all after 7pm. When you're close to your target weight you can set this deadline half an hour to an hour later. The 7pm thing was the biggest help to my sister when she needed to loose weight, but she wasn't on a deadline to reaching her target weight. It also gives your digestive system a proper rest at night and you'll find this helps your body to get more and better nutrition from food and you won't be eating too much anymore and will be an appropriate weight for your natural figure.

    cakes,  you  don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits. But your

    diet  is  still  balanced.  It  costs  nothing, and you do not have to

    calculate  points  or  to  buy special meals or plans. For exercising,

    start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the

    most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a

    lot,  walk  first  or you may have health complications (heart attack,
