I am not that over weight, but my middle area needs A LOT of work. My thighs are bigger than my butt... and thats not normal, only problem is, no matter what I do I cant lose weight. Its getting to the point where when I wear shorts I get scabs on my thighs from them rubbing together!! I feel disgusted with myself right now, and I have no Idea on how to change it.... SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!
