How can I lose weight and gain muscle in my stomach, thigh, and butt area without losing any of my bra size?

I want to get muscles but not he bulging boy kind of muscles.

  1. Any low calorie, low fat diet you use along with some exercises will help you loose weight and gain muscle. Because you are a female, you will not bulk up like a male body builder. You have a hormone called estrogen that makes females gain less muscle and put on more fat naturally. Next about keeping your bra size. If you loose fat around you stomach area, you bra size may get slightly smaller, but will still appear to be the same size because of the weight you have lost. The hardest thing for you will be to stick with your diet and exercises plan. It is possable. Good luck.
