I'm 17, I'm 5'6" and I have a medium frame. I'm overweight. I was 180 pounds and I lost 5 pounds this month. I'm exercising Monday-Friday for about an hour and 15 minutes each day. I can only jog for a half an hour and I can't do pushups well :(.
I have access to treadmills, elipticals, bikes, stair steppers, free weights, and most machines. I want to make the most of my workouts. How should I rotate cardio/weightlifting?
I want to get to a healthy BMI, mine's 28 now. I'm also trying to eat lots of healthy vegetables, fruits, and lean meats. Any ideas on how I can lose weight and stay motivated?
