@marwa i bravo good recipe-  

@just use 1 maggi instead of making a whole chicken stock - remember the more maggi you put the less salt- as the maagi already has enough salt

to give extra taste add a small amount of Baqdunis before it goes into the blender

Put 3ads + water + 1onion chopped to quarters + 1 tomato chopped to quarters + 4 cloves of garlic in a pot

Let them get completely cooked but keep moving it every while and add some chicken soup when water decrease.

Let it cool down.

To the blender.

Add soup till you get suitable consistency.

Add cumin and salt.

fry some chopped onions and chopped garlic and add them to the soup.

Now you have the best Shorbet 3ads

Boil some (1/2 kg) 3ads with 2 tomatoes, 2 onions and 2 zukini (kosa). When done, put all in mixer and then sift. You can add she3reya to it and some takleya (garlic with cosbara). Serve with toasted bread.
