How can I make a Yahoo avatar NOT connected with my email and upload it to other sites? Step by Step info.?

Someone on another site told me I can make a yahoo avatar and then upload it onto that site if I didn't want to use a photo. I have avatars for my emails but can barely work them. I would love to have step by step instructions as to how to create an avatar NOT connected to an email account. Can anyone help?

Yahoo avatars are created with the latest Flash software that you obviously have installed on your harddrive. Once you created the avatar, rightclick it to open it, rightclick it again and when you choose "save" from the drop down menu, you can save it to your harddrive as .jpg. You can do this with Yahoo avatars no matter where there are displayed.
