How can i make a airline route map? Like for a virtual airline?

For a virtual airline? Pretty cool are you running out of Microsoft Flight Simulator? Someone gave me Microsoft Flight Simulator as a present...Never opened it yet,but when you fly an Airbus A319 in real life, You ask yourself why would i want to simulate what i do at work?
