First you need a form-fitting black bodysuit that can breathe well and wicks away perspiration. Next you need to sit down with photos, drawings, and even action figures of the biker scout in order to determine how many separate white pieces you need. Materials that might come in handy are: White plastic buckets available from your local deli and are usually free, white shiny vinyl - you might find this in your local fabric store, and all sorts of white bottles, caps, tubes, findings, etc. that match molded areas of the scout uniform. Use a sharpie marker to draw out plastic pieces and cut them with an X-acto knife. Simple rubbing alcohol will remove the sharpie marks.
