How can I make a chair that will shock someone sitting on it?

I want to wire up a car battery to it or something. I don't want to hurt anyone, just a little shock like when you put your tongue to a 9 volt battery.

  1. Don't shock your friends. Get a whoopee cushion and it will remain an innocent joke rather than a non-nice shock.
