Question:

How can I make a chickpea dip without a food processor

I don't have a food processor or a blender and I've got a tin of chickpeas that I would like to turn into a curry dip... is it possible to make this by hand? any suggestions?

  1. Cook them like usual, save a cup of the cooking liquid or use stock and lemon juice. Use a fork or better a Potato masher. Plus if you have kids around they can help out. Also don't forget the herbs and other seasonings. I would if your able go to the store and invest in a lil tabletop blender. I bought mine for 20 dollars at Wal-mart and I also have the Magic Bullet kit which is great
