How can I make a homemade herbal wrap?

Some malls have these people that sell herbal wraps. I've tried them and they seem really cool, but they are soooo expensive. How can I make my own?

The first thing you will need is a reference book on herbology or Ayurvedic medicine which tells you about all of the different herbs and what they are used for.
