How can I make a lactose free smoothie?

I'm searching for recipes, and not getting much at all.

  1. Use fruit, bananas are great for the smooth effect, then add some melon, grapes or peaches, something juicy, to thin it out. Be experimental, any kind of fruit that you enjoy eating would be good , and a lot more healthful than the milk based alternative.

  4. Basic Smoothie Recipe

    ½ cup fruit juice

    1 banana

    1 cup frozen fruit

    Mix well in blender on Puree setting.

  5. ok it may be hard to find, but the brand Truly Decandent, makes a brand called SO Delicious which is Soy products, and now they make a line of products made with coconut milk which is lactose and soy free, they have a few yogurt flavors, so if u can find that yogurt, use it instead of regular yogurt.

    there is also soy milk, soy yogurt, and lactose free milk.

    some people dont like using soy though becasue there can be negative effects of it, for more info go to this site:

    u just use the soy or lactose free yogurt, and blend it with ice (optional) and fresh fruit.

    i happen to like a strawberry/pineapple blend

  6. This is what I make all the time! Just take your favorite recipe, and if it calls for milk, ice cream, or yogurt, Lactaid lactose free products makes all of those WITHOUT LACTOSE!!!!!!
