ok what you need to do is go to a stationary store and buy a calling card so the call can come out very cheap, get one that's 5 dollars just to be sure, after you follow the instructions, to call brazil you need to dial   011+55 plus the number that you are calling

........so try this 011+55+54+2292255

+ 55 (country) then 54 (city) then 8 digit number

(yes, that is a + symbol you start with)

yea after u get a calling card and follow the instructions on it, and it asks you for the number you're dialing, dial 011 55 54 229.2255  that will work
