How can I make a picture bigger and then save it to my pictures?

I'm really bad with computers... lol

so does anyone know?

I tried doing it in Word, but when I tried to save the picture, it saved the whole document!

ok first you open the program paint

then you click file and open

then you find the picture you want to re size in documents

then you right click on the image and click stretch/skew

then you enter how larger or smaller you would like it to be
