How can I make a register button for my webmail system?

I use 1and1 webhosting.

I use RoundCude for webmail.

I want my members to be able to register for an email account after buying a supporter package via email.

Is this possible?

Yes it is possible but check with your web host first , they may suspend your web hosting account.

Yes, you need to use PHP or another backend programming language though.  I created an entire email system at one point using PHP some time back for users on one of my websites.

Without backend programming knowledge of PHP or perl or something similar, you won't be able to accomplish it easy though.
