How can I make a teddy bear soft again??? ( read description!)?

i had this teddy bear for couple of weeks now and its fur is not as soft as it was. is there something i can do like anything to make it soft again? its alil rough.......

Fill up your sink with water, then let the teddy soak for about...15 minutes, don't do it too long, or it will soak into the material. Then let him air dry for about 5 minutes, then towel dry him the rest. This will make him smell better, and be cleaner AND make him softer! I did this with my Webkinz, and it even made him last longer. So I really reccomend  you do this.
