How can I make a website that looks and operates like 2chan.org, 4chan.org, 7chan.org, etc.?

4chan runs on its own script based loosely on Futaba script, which is basically something they made to loosely represent 2chan.

7chan and 24chan run off of Kusaba which isn't being developed anymore.

Another 2 scripts I know of are Wakaba, and Kareha, I suggest checking out the difference in each one and then deciding which one you are interested in.
