How can I make an account here?

There's no button saying SiGN UP.

Mind to help please?

I’ll not mind to help you. Besides, it’s  a very happy thing to help others. Especially when talking about GirlSense.

To sign up, the SiGN UP button is not there always. I mean, there’s another word that replace it.

To sign up an account there, you have to click the JOiN NOW button.

Which means that’s another button for SiGN UP.
