Bio diesel is made using methanol Veg Oil or any oil then KOH all easily available material. Make sure you know the law in you country before you start. Process can be found at

weird , i just saw and episode of ' Dirty Jobs with Mike Rowe' a few hours ago and his job was to make biodiesel, they had to cook it down and add lye and something else , there was a few steps but it only took about 2 or 3 hours from beginning to end.
