  1. I think it would be almost impossible to do this.  You could try making a "chocolate leather" out of chocolate and oil. and then hand make the roses.  I learnt how to do this just last week, and although it was fiddly, they turned out really well.

If you need a recipe for the choc. leather, message me and I will dig it out of my notes for you.

Alternatively, you could go to a good chocolate or lolly shop and buy pre made chocolates that have already been made into roses??

  2. Noone can - they are made in a cast.

But if you want to make them yourself, make them out marcipan, and dip them in chocolate :)

  3. I always make a chocolate modelling paste. It tastes exactly the same as just chocolate but it acts like clay so you can mould it into any shape you want!

    150g syrup

    300g chocolate

    cocoa, for dusting

Melt the chocolate, stir in the golden syrup (light corn syrup) and leave in the fridge until you can handle it. You can then roll it out, cut it, bend it, whatever!

Dust with cocoa if it gets too sticky.

Good luck and I hope this helps!
