How can I make comparisons between ELECTRIC utility COMPANIES?

This is something I've wanted to do for some time, especially now that I'm planning on moving out of South Florida:

Is there any website that will show me comparisons in kilowatt usage, utility taxes_and whatever else these companies mount on top of the already high electric bill? Of course, with the regular charge amount.

Better yet would be a website which will show me if not actual electric bills, at least a demonstration, step by step.

Is there such a website?

In most areas, you don't even get a choice of electric companies. But a simple call to your new electric company should be able to tell you about all of the extra charges and a monthly average of your new residence.
