  1. for one person.... in a jug or bowl break 3 eggs.... add a dash of milk and salt and pepper... whisk.... put in microwave for 1 and half mins... whisk... put back in microwave for 30 seconds... whisk..depending how you like your eggs you can put them back for another 30 seconds but any longer and they will go grey, hard and very dry!

  2. Add 1 tbsp of milk or cream per beaten egg and then microwave on high, stirring the mix every 20-30 seconds.

It should only take around 1 minute to cook 1 egg.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

  3. Not sure you can, hob cooked is better!

  4. same way as stove top but keep stopping mw every 20 secs or so so the don't overcook and keep whisking

  5. I whisk eggs and always add water, not milk or cream, it makes them very creamy, put in large size measuring cup, add some cheese and cook on high for approx. 5 minutes until they come rolling out of the top.

  6. add some cheese and ham and onions put them in microwave yum

  7. i would whisk them up with some water and milk, salt pepper, shallots but would constantly stop the microwave and stir them so they dont go rubbery. Have made them before ages ago, turned out good

  8. add tomato sauce as well

  9. ok this isn't as detailed as the others but

break x amount of eggs into a bowl, beat them, add salt/pepper/whatever you want, when all is yellow and smooth put in microwave for 2-3min take out and if you like eggs a bit solid put them back in if not eat..? enjoy :D
