How can I make him see?

my ex lives in Bellevue and he has custody of our 2 babies and I want to know if he refuses to answer my calls and texts what else can I do? I have no idea where he moved....

if all else fails contact your lawyer and see what he says most likely you will take him to court unless you dont want custody

Lawyers cost. So dont hire one until you have to. In terms of research be your own paralegal. Heres where to start.There are two types of custody. Physcial and legal. From that there are two more types and that is Sole and joint. Figure out what you two have. If you have Joint Physical and Legal custody then you have a legal leg to stand on because then thats interfering with the custodial rights of a parent. Thats a felony charge. If he has sole custody, then find out what your rights are in your state. Then get a lawyer. Good Luck.

If you are paying child support you have every right to know where your kids are. If there was a custody agreement then he is probably in contempt with the court for not letting you know or see your kids. It sounds like to me that he is being inconsiderate. I would check with you local attorney generals office or even find a lawyerr. Force the issue and I really hope things work out for you. IF there are custody papers I can almost guarantee you he will get in trouble for keeping the children from you unless it is specified in the papers.
