you are saying the wrong question here "make" you cant make someone come back to you but you can try and win them back,if someone doesnt want to be with you then its end of story but if you leave them alone maybe they will decide to come back hwo knows

if you really want a guy from  a blokes perspective here ;)

simply be friends with him. its a normal thing which happens to most people. if a guy and a girl are friends for a while they normally both start questioning whether its more. if you go after him and he knows you just want a relationship and he already said not interested its not gonna work. so take it slowly and just be mates and then you'll see how he really feels.

Are you trying to win back an ex or are you trying to get a guy to like you like you like him?

Either way there is not a lot you can do - if a guy doesn't want to be with you he won't.
