How can I make it so the hosts file is secured away from other people who usethe computer?

Like I';m gonna block sites and if this person were to search or ask here oh whycan't I reach _ and people tell that person oh the hosts file, just edit that. so in the case of that, what can I do. can I move it? re-name it? make it hidden? any other thing that I can do so that the hosts file still does it's job but someone else can't find it and edit it.
