  1. you could sell it , once it's grown .

  2. its a good idea, but in a weather like Britain, its very hard

  3. Produce Wheat-Beer, obviously.

  4. No easy answer, basically you will need to sell the wheat/corn for more than it costs to grow it.Large areas benefit from economies of scale.Picking what type of crops for which soils will have the biggest impact(like growing grade 1 milling wheat on your best soils should give the best results). All comes down to what soils you have and what you want to get out of them and for how much.I could go on about loads more but would take ages to write!

  5. Consider these crops as second crop. Practically during rainy season try to cultivate a different crop other than wheat or corn. For mentioned crop you need to cultivate it after harvesting first crop. Since its second crop you may need not have to apply fertilizers in large quantities.

Secondly, go for organic farming and try to make compost and herbal pesticides on farm it self.

  6. Well, right now the government is paying out big subsidies to farmers who grow corn due to the increased demand for ethanol. That's your best bet.

  7. You will need quite a lot of acres not many farmers can make a living just growing corn or wheat
