I guess the problem is you don't want online payment because you are disqualified for some reason or the other. eg. too young? Get your parents to run a Paypal account for you then you can do all sorts of trading.

Well,

Most of these paid to surf/click/read ads etc websites do not work! I know this can sound discouraging but then its a fact i have understood with experience. I had been online for 8-12 months and had accumulated a lot of cash earnings from these websites but 80% of them did not bother to pay me or even reply to emails and phone calls.

Before joining in such programs you have to be sure that it works. I recently stumbled upon a website:
